We have used ground zero for our plumbing for multiple instances and since we have had Chet the last couple times to fix our sinks and shower drain it’s been amazing! He is professional but also personable which we love. He always does a great job and makes reasonable recommendations. We never feel like he is over selling us anything which is probably what we appreciate the most about him! When we ever have an issue we will definitely be requesting Chet.

I had Ground Zero out to troubleshoot and then replace my rooftop heating/AC unit. Anthony and Cory were fantastic. They were on time, professional, courteous, honest, efficient and practiced Covid safety measures. The whole process, which required a crane, was completed in under 2 hours. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again in the future.

Vincent and Mike B. came out today for a same day service. They were both very professional, courteous and clean. They weren't in a rush to get the job done and picked up after themselves. They explained what they were doing and answered all the questions I had. There was a same day resolution and I couldn't be happier with their service. Everything about Ground Zero Plumbing was absolutely outstanding! The staff is so friendly, willing to help & extremely patient! I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and the quality of the work the technician did. The way he explained the process of the installation and gave me the opportunity to ask questions was very much appreciated!! I love this company. Used them for a/c and plumbing. Zero gave prompt service call. My issue was a leaking water heater. They gave me an estimate right away. The only concern I had was the high mark up of their water heater. I chose to have Home Depot Rheem delivered at 1/3 their cost. They called when on the way. did a great job. + you know what ... pleasurable. It took almost 3 hours to install. I had to help plumber put heater onto its pedestal it was so heavy.. Thanks Groundzero!.
