What were some of the challenges?
- The customer was in need of much better airflow to remove the heat load from multiple computers in the upstairs office. This was the reason for choosing the Goodman 18 seer with variable speed blower motor. We added another return to ensure the heat loads were sufficiently dispersed throughout the house & especially the upstairs office and rooms.
- The location was a difficult task to get into and through the attic safely to do the job correctly. Fortunately our team is trained for such job challenges and made it look easy. Most importantly we did the job right the first time and established a happy customer.
How long did it take to fully rebuild the AC System?
